Terror Orphan Vows To Take Action If Court Permits Shalit Deal

Shuv’al Schijveschuurder, who lost his parents and three siblings in the Sbarro Restaurant suicide bombing attack told the High Court of Justice on Monday, 19 Tishrei, during a hearing seeking to prevent the Gilad Shalit prisoner exchange deal that he will act if need be.

Schijveschuurder told the court “I will take action, a Price Tag attack if this last venue does not prevent the deal”.

“It should be clear to all, to the entire world, that we are not about to permit terrorists to leave the boundaries of Israel”.

Shuv’al was the man released by police after defacing a Tel Aviv memorial to Prime Minister Yitzchak Rabin due to his special circumstances, the loss of so many family members in a terror attack.

At the same hearing, Mr. Noam Shalit stated nothing can bring back those loved ones killed in terror attacks but any delay in carrying out the prisoner exchange deal can jeopardize the deal and Gilad’s life”.

  1. It’s not about bringing back the dead, but rather about releasing those same murderers back into society and endangering all of Israel again chas v’sholom. Shalit’s father is ‘nogeyah b’davar’ and he can’t be blamed for wanting to see his son alive. Nonetheless, is it prudent to swap one boy for so many brutal murderers?

  2. Nosson, what are you on? This guy lost his parents and 3 brothers and sisters. There is no justice in Israel. Dont tell him to feel pain for Noam Shalit. Noam is out to lunch, and is thinking only aout himself. He is not even thinking about his son. What would Gilad think about this deal?
