According to deputy Hamas commander in Syria, Moussa Abu Marzouk, in an interview with the Arabic London-based el-Hayat newspaper, terrorists released from Israel who are being exiled will be sent to three countries, including Qatar and Turkey. While Abu Marzouk did not mention the third country, the newspaper reports it to be Syria.
Most of the 1,027 terrorists being released in the Gilad Shalit prisoner exchange deal will be permitted to return to their homes in PA areas located throughout Yehuda, Shomron, Gaza and eastern Yerushalayim. A smaller number will be sent to Gaza and not permitted to return to a PA (Palestinian Authority) autonomous area in Yehuda or Shomron, while others will be included in the group exiled abroad.
Most are aware that the decision to send them to Arab countries is more to give an air of legitimacy to the deal with security officials well aware that from Syria, Qatar or Turkey, one can easily enter into Gaza and from there, make one’s way to a PA area or cross into the country illegally along the border to Egypt, which is the entry site for thousands of Africans nationals monthly.
