In Eretz Yisrael, clocks move from daylight savings time to standard time on motzei Shabbos (Oct. 1st to Oct. 2nd). At 2:00am, clocks move one hour back to 1:00am. That means the time difference between the east coast of the United States and Jerusalem is six hours.
