One of the great perks of running a country such as Iran is that you are simply not accountable to anyone; at least this is what Ahmad Ahmadinejad seems to believe.
In his latest tirade, the Iranian leader accused Israel of perpetrating terror, adding it is the “Zionist regime” that was responsible for both World War 1 and World War 2. He told the Washington Post that the Zionists do the same thing all the time, “destroy people’s homes and raze them to the ground”.
He questioned why American administrations support Israel with these facts in mind. “The United States is 10,000 kilometers away from Palestine, and other nations in the region are against the Zionists, but the United States and its allies in Europe continue to support the Zionist regime. Why?”

It is to one’s advantage that one’s enemies are insane. A sane Iran might be more dangerous.
Everyone said Hitler YM”S was a madman also.
“Out of the mouth of idiots…”
#3- Baruch ha-Shem he was a madman – otherwise he might have won
Repeat a lie enough times people believe it. It happened in Nazi Germany and is happening in our times.
Other than the nonsense, the distance question is quite puzzling. Surely he knows that all countries have “interests”, regardless of how far or near those interests are to their borders. What kind of question is that?
