Cleverly worded “update”.
The accident, involving four vehicles, happened at about 1:30 a.m. on the southbound side of the Prospect Expressway at Church Avenue in the Kensington area.
According to police, a town car was stopped in the middle lane, when a second town car stopped to assist. A third vehicle apparently drove into the second town car, killing the driver, Rafael Rafailov, 50, of Brooklyn, and hit a fourth vehicle.
Police said the driver of the third vehicle, Alexey Bushuyev, 22, of Brooklyn, was in police custody Wednesday morning facing DWI charges.
Three motorists were transported to local hospitals with minor injuries.

that comment about kaddish is wrong. it appears to be Bukharian (sorry sammygol you are wrong about htat name), which would consitute a necessity for Kaddish. That was an insensitive comment and should have been left off.
