Mayor Bloomberg has been vocal in his support for same-gender marriage for a few years now, to a point. But as he’s settled into his ill-gotten third term he’s really gotten into the issue. First there was that video for the Human Rights Campaign and now he’s pledging to use some of his hefty political weight to help the issue in Albany. “If there’s a chance to pass a bill, I will do it,” Bloomberg said. “I’ll go lobby.”
Of course, Bloomberg has promised support for the issue before. But now that same-gender legislation has support from a popular governor and the majority of Americans, the chances seem much higher that he’ll follow through.

WE KNEW IT WAS BAD WHEN BLOOMBER WAS QUOTED IN THE NY TIMES AS SAYING OBAMA IS ARROGANT! WELL IT TAKES ONE TO KNOW ONE MR MAYOR.

we are welcome in this country because of policies of many liberal policy makers.The understanding that there are many different needs and various types of people, many in the medical field,THE SAME PEOPLE WHO WE GO TO WITH OUR NEEDS, SO WE DO TRUST THEM, have shown that this is a real medical issue. shouldnt The mayor be applauded for his acceptance?

Quit complaining. It is only because of the overwhelming support of the frum community that he is mayor today. And he has been openly supportive of same gender marriage since his first term as mayor. You knew what you were voting for.
