Shomrim of Baltimore has been working closely with the Baltimore County Police since approximately 12:30 AM on 7/8/07 on a missing persons case. At this point in time we can use the assistance of the entire community. We are looking for a a white male, 82 years old, approximately 5 foot 1 inch, 100+ pounds, mostly bald, last seen wearing a gray shirt and  white shoes. He has dementia and speaks only Russian but will respond to his name, Seman Binder.

He is wearing a hospital-like bracelet, which is clear with a piece of paper in it with his name on it.

He was last seen on Old Milford Mill Rd. heading South (toward the city) on Reisterstown Rd.

His family advises that he likes to walk in “safe” areas (main streets and well lit) and may nap on a bench, picnic table, or even someone’s front porch.

Obviously, we are extra concerned for his safety given the heat of the day. If you see him please immediately call 911 and Shomrim 410-358-9999.
