A man was R”L killed and six people were hurt Friday when a truck carrying gas canisters exploded in Yaffa secondary to the vehicle getting into an accident. Haaretz reported that one of the injured was moderately hurt and the others were lightly injured. The incident, which took place on Rechov Yefet also damaged buildings and vehicles in the area.

Security forces searching the area after the blast found no traces of explosives, appearing to rule out the possibility that the blast was caused by a bomb.
