A 19 year-old man from Borough Park was arrested Sunday after a reported abduction attempt on an 11-year-old girl. According to 1010WINS, the suspect is accused of following the girl into her building, grabbing her on the second floor of the building and forcibly leading her back down the stairs. Her cries for help alerted several people who confronted the man and held him until police arrived.
The suspect was charged with kidnapping, burglary, unlawful imprisonment, forcible touching and acting in a manner injurious to a child, police said.
NY Newsday reported that the girl, who has not been identified because of her age and the nature of the attack, was taken to Kings County Hospital for evaluation and later released.
Police did not say if she was injured.

say it like it is, lets wait and see what the facts are. If it is a custody issue then I do feel bad for the individual , but if the facts determine otherwise , then he should be prosecuted like the rest of society. I hate it when people use the mental issue when it comes to our own people. No, it was an attempted kidnap and assault and should be jailed provided he is found guilty.

Why assume guilt?
I know the family of this young frum man. Please realize every post against is torture and probably onaas dvarim for them. The family did no wrong and therefore should not have to suffer additionally for this mans actions.
