Police arrested a 26-year-old man yesterday on a felony burglary charge. Police accused Widmarck Jean-Charles Jr. of breaking into an Elaine Place house earlier this month. They charged Jean-Charles with second-degree burglary in the April 11 incident. Jean-Charles also is a suspect in three other burglaries in the Monsey area this month, Ramapo Detective Sgt. John Lynch said.
As part of their investigation, detectives found property and jewelry that was reported stolen from three other Monsey burglaries, Lynch said.
