The man accused in the failed bombing attempt in Times Square is scheduled to be arraigned tomorrow.
Faisal Shahzad, 30, is charged with an attempted act of terrorism, conspiracy to use a weapon of mass destruction and eight other counts for the May 1st bombing attempt.
An indictment handed up by a federal grand jury last week alleges he received terrorism training in Pakistan and received help from the Pakistani Taliban.
He faces life in prison if convicted.
