Emirates Airlines said that three passengers were removed from a New York-Dubai flight last evening.
Emirates can confirm that its flight EK 202 (from New York to Dubai on May 3) … was called back by the local authorities prior to departure. Three passengers were removed from the flight,” the airline said in a statement. (One of those was the suspect in the failed bombing in Times Square, Faisal Shahzad.)
“Full security procedures were activated including the deplaning of all passengers and a thorough screening of the aircraft, passengers and baggage,” an Emirates spokesperson said in an emailed statement.
UPDATE 10:23AM EST: Those two passengers have now been cleared and released, a federal law enforcement source tells CNN.
The source said the two “had nothing to do with this” but had been taken off the plane in an abundance of caution “in the rush of the moment.”

So they screened a bunch of terrorism supporters to find a terrorist?
That would be like trying to find a haystack in a bunch of needles :-0

How do you know this was a plane full of terrorist supporters?
Are they all friends of yours?
They probably pulled the other two guys off to avoid racial profilinf and discrimination issues.
Moose613, the latest poll showed that a full 35% of Muslim college students here in the U.S. believe and agree to jihad against the U.S. They are ALL sympathizers.
Sister,
35% is NOT a majority.
#4 thats crazy! Where did you read this? I’m not saying its not true. I’m just saying, these people use all they can get from the USA and then want to do Jihad on them. Now I’m understanding better why being an american in a foreign country is looked down on and made fun of.
