YWN regrets to inform you of the Petira of Rav Efrayim Zuravin ZATZAL, (69) Rosh Kollel of Ahavas Torah Vchesed in Lakewood, following a serious illness R”L.
Rav Zuravin was a Talmid of Hagon Rav Aron Kotler ZATZAL, and was in fact the Mechaber of his famous Seforim known as the “Mishnas Reb Aron”.
Tragically, his daughter Mrs. Lifsha Feldman A”H of Yerushalayim was Niftar of cardiac arrest less than one year ago – at the young age of 45. She left behind a husband and 10 Yesomim R”L. (Her father-in-law is Rav Aron Feldman, the Rosh Yeshiva of Ner Yisroel in Baltimore, MD.)
The Levaya is scheduled for Thursday morning at 10:00AM, in Lakewood’s BMG.

I just spoke with the family and the levaya time was changed to 9:00am sharp cause the flight to eretz yisroel is earlier.

We knew the Zuravins before they moved to Eretz Yisroel. When we were kids we would play with their kids on Shabbos when they visited Mrs. Zuravin’s parents. May the family have a nechama.
