The name Refoel had been added earlier Thursday, but was Nebach Niftar a few moments ago.

A 9-year-old boy was flown by Medevac in critical condition Wednesday evening after he ran into a moving dump truck while riding on a scooter.
The accident occurred on Forest Road near Pressburg Road at approximately 7:30PM. Kiryas Yoel Hatzolah rushed to the scene, and immediately ordered a chopper to fly the child.
He was flown with serious head trauma to the Trauma Unit at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla.
Pleae be Mispallel for Yoel ben Chava.
