[PHOTO LINK POSTED BELOW] Thursday morning hundreds of people gathered for an unveiling ceremony at Safra Square, where the world’s largest hand matzah was unveiled by Yerushalayim Mayor Nir Barkat. Weighing in at 60 kg, it took 50kg of flour and 22 liters of water for the Ashdod bakery to produce for the Meir Panim organization.
