According to a report released on shabbos by Iran’s official IRNA agency, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad called the horrific terror attacks of 9/11 a “fabrication”, accusing the United States of using it as an excuse to launch what it calls its war on terrorism. He elaborated, stating the fabrication was launched to permit the American invasion of Afghanistan, referring to the terror attack as “complicated intelligence scenario and act.”
The latest diatribe from Ahmadinejad comes amid American assessments that stiff sanctions intended at halting Iran’s nuclear program are months away, American Ambassador to Israel James Cunningham last week stated that reports of an imminent Iranian threat is simply exaggerated, stating there is sufficient time to impose sanctions.
Unfortunately, it appears that other than Israel, and possibly a number of moderate Arab states, the world is not taking the Ahmadinejad threat as serious as it should and his attempt to deny the horrific events surrounding the 9/11 attacks is just another example of just how seriously the Iranian leader should be taken.

Alternatively it shows how he can’t be taken seriously when it comes to his denial of the Holocaust as well. It becomes clear to the world that the same people who can’t be taken seriously when it comes to 9/11 denial can’t be taken seriously about holocaust denial.

Obama sitting back on Iran is only delaying economic recovery here and globally. This is the smoldering powder keg that inhibits conservative investors. Once this nuclear threat is neutralized there will be aggresive invesment all around. Would you invest money into a crysal and china store if one of the partners was drunk swinging a bat? Obama, go in now and don’t wait for Israel to do americas dirty work.
