Hundreds of people have been evacusted from a Lower Manhattan courthouse because of a heavy smoke condition on Tuesday morning, YWN has learned.
FDNY reports that the smoke may be coming from a boiler in the basement located at 100 Centre St.
Officials said two people suffered minor injuries, including a prisoner with smoke inhalation.
In addition to courtrooms for criminal proceedings, the building houses offices for prosecutors and other government entities.

I don’t smell smoke rather I smell a nice lawsuit from the prisoner.
“Hundreds of people have been evacusted”
I think it’s supposed to be evacuated. But I will excuse YW this time being that the s is right next to the a on a keyboard and it’s easy to make that mistake.
