[VIDEO & PHOTO LINKS BELOW] Less than a week after getting snowed in, residents of Baltimore and other parts of the North-East were hit with another snowstorm, much to the delight of the local children. However, the heavy snow made it difficult to get to shul or for the snowplows to function properly. Even some emergency vehicles have been reported to be stalled in the snow.
