Brooklyn: Another Sick Call To ‘KILL JEWS’

In a stunning display of intolerance, Sixth Avenue in Park Slope was littered with strips of papers reading “KILL JEWS” capital letters from Fourth to Ninth streets on Wednesday.

Nearly two dozen of the strips were picked up by a local resident who turned notes over to the the 78th Precinct – who then turned them over to the NYPD’s Hate Crimes Unit, but the department offered no comment.

Most unsettling, this is not the first time the craven Anti-Semitic litterer has struck.

In addition to Guilbert’s discovery, last September, the same notes turned up in Bay Ridge, Boerum Hill and Clinton Hill.

To top it off, vandals struck two synagogues in Brooklyn Heights in 2007 and left the same message on car windshields.

  1. #1 eric i completely agree with you, but one of the big problems with that besides alot of jews are for some odd reason afraid/opposed to carrying guns, is its very hard to obtain a concealed carriers permit for nyc.
if you know of a way please let me know.

  2. To Flatbush Bubby: I am usually impressed with your comments, but this time, I think, you missed the mark.
The previous article on the Hatzalah garage proves it’s not the (only) the Muslims or the Arab Quarter.
Unless you want to expand the analogy to Woodmere, calling it EAST (of Brooklyn) Jerusalem, it is clear protecting the lives of Jews the world over (including America) is no longer a top priority.
“My Thought” is correct. It is time we stopped blaming outside factors, circumstances, peoples, politics, or philosophies for our problems.

  3. Uh shuali, what does the Hatzoloh garage in Woodmere have to do with my being comfortable when I want to window shop in Park Slope or shopping in the Century 21 in Bay Ridge?

  4. #5 – Yes it IS almost impossible to get a handgun (carry) permit, but it is NOT very difficult to get a rifle/shotgun permit.
I strongly urge every Yid to get this permit and acquire and learn how to safely own and use the weapon.
    As R’ Kahane ztzvk”l used to say…
“Better to have a gun and not need it than to need it and not have it!”
