Thousands of people took part in the levaya of R’ Shmuel Cohen Z”L, who was niftar about 200 years ago in Tunisia. Following a complex operation, officials were successful in bringing his remains to Eretz Yisrael. The kvura was in Moshav Eitan, south of Kiryat Gat.
The rav’s son, R’ Moshe, died in Italy about 160 years ago. His remains were brought to Eretz Yisrael five years ago.
