HaGaon HaRav Baruch Dov Povrosky Shlita, the Ponovitz rosh yeshiva, is heading to the United States where he will attend the yeshiva’s fundraising dinner.

There is much excitement among the many many former talmidim, who will be taking part in this fundraising/chizuk event as it is being portrayed. The event is set to take place on Sunday, in Brooklyn’s Ateres Chinka Hall.

The rosh yeshiva will be a guest in Monsey this shabbos, Chayei Sara, davening in the Beis Medrash Elyon of HaGaon HaRav Dan Ungarisher, where the rosh yeshiva will also give a shiur. On shabbos day, the rosh yeshiva will daven in Yeshivas Beis Shraga.

The rosh yeshiva will be spending a week in the USA, is expected to meet with many rabbonim, and expected to give numerous shiurim and addresses, delivering words of torah and chizuk.
