9:30AM EST: FDNY Has just arrived at a confirmed structure fire at 235 Hooper Street at Marcy Avenue. Arriving units advise that the structure is a 4 story 20×50 occupied multiple dwelling. An additional “Engine & Truck” has been requested to the scene.
Numerous Hatzolah members are on the scene.
No word on any injuries or people trapped as of this initial report.
UPDATE 9:55PM EST: FDNY has placed the fire under control, and besides for water and smoke damage there are Boruch Hashem no injuries.
