UPDATE BELOW: Boro Park & Flatbush Shomrim are currently conducting a search for a missing elderly Alzheimer’s patient missing since 9:45AM from Scharome Manor (Ocean Parkway & Foster Avenue).
The missing’s name is Moishe Yaakov Weiberger (Moish). He suffers from Alzheimer’s and is unaware of his surroundings. He was last seen wearing black pants and white shirt. Possible glasses. No hat or jacket. He walks slowly. Has grey/white hair and a beard.
The NYPD 70pct are calling a Level 1 Mobilization in regards to this incident. They awaiting K9, and aviation is cancelled due to the weather.

BH, I know him personally. He was an amazing man, brilliant and a talmid chochom. Now he has no idea who he is. I see him all the time because my mother’s there too. Terrible tragedy what happened to his mind.
