YWN regrets to inform you of the Petira of Rav Dovid Kaplan ZATZAL, Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshiva Nachlas Tzvi of Toronto.
Rav Kaplan was a son of Rav Boruch and Rebbetzin Vichna Kaplan ZATZAL, who were the legendary founders of the Bais Yaakov education system in Brooklyn, New York.
The Levayah in Toronto was held on Purim at 3:00PM at Yeshiva Nachlas Tzvi (475 Lawrence Avenue).
The Levaya in Lakewood will take place at 9:15AM Wednesday morning, Shushan Purim, at Lakewood’s BMG; followed by the kevurah at the Lakewood Bais Hakavros.

the family is sitting shiva in toronto. was at the levaya in lakewood. very big crowd at bmg and at the bais hachaim.
