Rav Ovadia Yosef Shlita was hospitalized for a number of hours on Thursday after complaining of back pain. He was taken to the hospital for a battery of tests after complaining of significant back pain. He was checked and released and continued more or less with his regular schedule.

Family members assured the public that Rav Ovadia’s condition is not serious.
