ALARMING: Survey Reveals 40% Globally Agree With Antisemitic Stereotypes

A survey conducted by the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) in seven countries with significant Jewish populations has uncovered a disturbing trend: nearly 40% of respondents harbor antisemitic beliefs.

The poll, which surveyed individuals in the US, France, Germany, Argentina, the UK, Canada, and Australia, presented participants with 10 statements perpetuating harmful stereotypes about Jews, including claims of disloyalty, excessive power, and responsibility for global conflicts.

The results are alarming:

– 56% of respondents across all countries agreed that Jews are more loyal to Israel than their country of residence.
– 23% of Argentinians, 21% of Australians, 19% of Americans, and 17% of French and Germans believe Jews are responsible for most global wars – a significant increase from previous years.
– A majority in every country surveyed (ranging from 53% in the US to 71% in the UK) believe Israel is committing genocide in Gaza.

  1. Why should it bother anyone that non-Jews realize we are different; that we DO control the weather and parnassah? Isn’t that precisely what we say twice a day in the second parshah of Krias Shma? Unless, we don’t want to be different. The world functions FOR of us and THROUGH/BECAUSE of us. The entire world was created for us: “bishvil Yisroel she’nikra REISHIS.” Vos is shlect if they finally realize this as well? Unless we would prefer to be like everyone else.

  2. Number 1: Arent’s we? In america, we need to be american yidden. Although we pray and feel for EVERY Yid, we need to show patriotism to a coutry that we lived/live in with equal rights.

  3. I just saw the name ADL, and it makes you wonder if they are the cause or even just the excuse for people having such beliefs…..

  4. You only list three of the ten “stereotypes”. That’s because many of the other seven are not antisemitic at all. The ADL is an ideological leftist organization that is convinced any stereotype about Jews is antisemitic, because it believes there are no real differences at all between different people, and especially bein yisroel lo’amim. But the Torah says each nation is different, and ours is different from all the others; thus it makes perfect sense that some true and valid stereotypes will exist about us, and there is nothing wrong with people believing those.
