Speaking on a panel about antisemitism at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, US Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff said the October 7 attacks on Israel by Hamas pulled back the veil on who really is, and who is not, a friend to Jews.
“As American Jews, I think the feeling is one of aloneness and being hated and being unmoored,” Emhoff said.
“We kind of saw who our friends were and who our friends weren’t, and there were too many in the ‘weren’t’ category, some who we thought were friends. It’s just shocking.”
Emhoff is the first Jewish spouse of a US president or vice president.

Your headline says “First Gentleman” and the post text says “Second Gentleman”.
Correct it so that you don’t look silly. Don’t bother posting this remark. This was a בין אדם לחברו message to just fix it up!
Especially the anti-Semitic scum who proudly call themselves “woke”, such as Ella Emhoff, this ignorant putz’s shigtza daughter.
And you, who married out of your faith, how much of a friend of the Jews are you??
First Gentleman is correct. We saw that the left is not our friends and the right is. Maybe he was too busy giving false interpretations of Hanukkah with giggly Kamala to figure this out.
like his stepdaughter, for example…
The headline says “First Gentleman”, did you mean “Second”?
Please correct the headline to match the article.
Although the article is clear that it is the Second Gentleman (Vice President’s husband), the headline reads First Gentleman.
The second gentleman, not the first.
Nevertheless, at least he came to this sad realization.
Coward , to me you are not a JEW…..no one who follows Hashem is as reckless and distasteful a human being other than yourself …First Gentleman, May the G-d of the Jews…..place with you with those who dance with Hitler
This guy has been an incredibly forceful advocate for EY and speaking out against Jew haters. Sadly, cannot say the same for his lesser half.
