This one should go straight to the Hall of Fame of dumb terrorists. An Indianapolis woman was arrested after carrying out a terror attack against what she thought was a Jewish organization – but was actually an antisemitic hate group.

Ruba Almaghtheh, 34, has been charged with a level 5 felony, including intimidation and a threat to commit terrorism, following her attack on the Israelite School of Universal and Practical Knowledge. The Anti-Defamation League says recognizes the schools for its extreme and antisemitic views and is designated as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center.

The incident, which occurred around 12:30 AM on Saturday, is currently being investigated as a hate crime. According to the police report, Almaghtheh reversed her vehicle into the building while it was occupied by several adults and children. No injuries were reported.

Following the incident, Almaghtheh told police officers that she had been following the Israel-Hamas conflict and was motivated to target the building due to the “Hebrew Israelite” symbols it displayed, which she found offensive.

During a subsequent police interview, and while on a courtesy call with a family member, Almaghtheh admitted to the deliberate act, confirming the premeditated nature of her crime.
