Councilman Felder Dines with Bobov: Encourages People to Vote on Primary Day

5.jpgBrooklyn, NY – Councilman Simcha Felder, candidate for New York State Senate in the 21st District, dined in another packed house with a hundred Bobov men, who spent their evening with Councilman Felder discussing important community issues and how Felder could address these issues if he was in the State Senate. They also discussed the importance of registering to vote and the importance of voting in the Democratic Primary on September 9th, 2008. This dinner comes shortly after Councilman Felder dined in a packed house full of Chaveirim men at Dougie’s BBQ in Boro Park.

“I have spent over six years in the City Council fighting for the needs of the community,” Felder said. “I need your support so I can continue the fight in Albany.”

  1. It was always my understanding that the reason diner is being served in the synagogues during the summer is, that the people should have enough time to learn in their spare time. This appears as an unbelievable Bital Torah and waste of time for so many people that instead had to play around with politicians, they should have been doing their Daf. I cannot believe that a respected Kehilah would actually allow this.
