A T-Mobile location at the corner of Coney Island and Avenue M was robbed by four black males on Tuesday afternoon, prompting a large-scale NYPD response.
The robbery took place at around 5:45 pm Tuesday, and one employee of the T-Mobile store was pistol whipped by one of the suspects and was later treated by EMS before being transported to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
A T-Mobile employee told YWN that he believes the suspects canvassed the store earlier in the day and returned to carry out the robbery. The employee said the criminals forced everyone into the back of the store and lay their hands on their heads.
They subsequently stole tens of thousands of dollars’ worth of phones, smart watches, and other devices.
The perps fled the scene in a vehicle with temporary license, and arnd e believed to have possibly been heading to the Bed-Stuy section of Brooklyn.
The NYPD requested a Level 1 Mobilization in response to the robbery, and are continuing to search for the suspects.

I see YWN is going PC woke again. I read the Flatbush Scoop that you are referencing. It clearly says, “police are searching for 4 BLACK male suspects”! Why would you leave that important detail out? What’s the point of us searching for white suspects when the suspects are black?
