Firefighters were working to douse a blaze that broke out at a Jewish-owned home on Church Avenue in Woodmere on Monday.
Firefighters from Woodmere, Cedarhurst, Inwood and other fire departments were at the scene.
It is not yet known whether the home was occupied when the fire erupted.
No injuries have yet been reported, but Hatzolah ALS and BLS units were on standby at the scene in case they were r”l needed.
