Speculation about Russian President Vladimir Putin has long been swirling, but is it possible that he’s no longer alive? Because that’s a possibility that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky apparently thinks might be true.
Speaking virtually at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland on Wednesday, Zelensky urged Western countries to continue sending military assistance to his country before making an eyebrow-raising comment.
“Right now, I don’t understand who to talk to. I am not sure whether the president of Russia is still alive,” Zelensky said. “I don’t understand that he’s still alive or that it is him particularly making decisions.”
Report after report cites unnamed Kremlin sources that Putin is deathly ill, but no concrete evidence has emerged yet of those rumors being true, though various videos of the Russian president certainly raise questions.
Zelensky’s comments take a leap that nobody else has yet suggested. Does he know something we don’t?

But the fact that Zelensky said it is legit news. Is he cracking up? Does he have secret information? Or is he just deliberately spreading misinformation for his military advantage, and if so should the world’s news industry be playing along with his deceptions?

It seems a lot of people are completely ignorant about this war, therefore let me give you a little history lesson.A large part of Ukraine has a majority of its population ethnic Russians,who don’t want to be under the Ukrainians, and want their territory annexed to Russia, and since 2014 a bloody civil war has been raging,with more than 15,000 Ukrainians killed mostly by their own government who brutally put down the revolt.
That is why finally Russia entered the conflict in 2015 and invaded and annexed Crimea,with the overwhelming approval of its ethnic Russian.
In the mean time in the other regions of Ukraine with a sizable ethnic Russian population there was going on a brutal and bloody civil war with over 15,000 dead.
Another bone of contention, was Ukraines insistence in joining NATO,Putin has warned that he will never allow that, he doesn’t want ICBMS and nuclear weapons stationed on his border, neither the U.S would stand for it.
Imagine Mexico joining an alliance with China or Russia,whereby they’ll have stationed nuclear loaded fighter planes on the U.S border would we tolerate this? Of course not.
Putin has been begging for years Ukraine and the U.S ,to come to some kind of agreement whereby they promise not to join NATO,and have some kind of guaranteed autonomy in the regions with a sizable Russian population.
And they were rebuffed time and again.
And let’s not forget for over sixty years Ukraine was part of Russia it had no independence, remember Nicolai Kruschev the leader of the Soviet Union was from Ukraine.
To say that if Putin gets away with invading Ukraine, the rest of Europe is next, is just idiotic and childish.
