Former President Donald Trump is gearing up for a return to two major social media platforms – Twitter and Facebook – with a team of advisers already working on crafting the first tweet he will send upon returning to the micro-blogging platform.
Trump’s personal Twitter account was reinstated shortly after Elon Musk bought Twitter, but the former president has been completely silent on the platform, choosing instead to post exclusively on Truth Social.
It was reported in November that Trump is contractually obligated not to use platforms other than Truth Social in certain ways. Trump “is generally obligated to make any social media post on TruthSocial and may not make the same post on another social media site for 6 hours. Thereafter, he is free to post on any site to which he has access,” and he may “may make a post from a personal account related to political messaging, political fundraising or get-out-the-vote efforts on any social media site at any time,” reporting from November said.
“Trump is probably coming back to Twitter. It’s just a question of how and when,” NBC reported a Trump advisor as saying. “He’s been talking about it for weeks, but Trump speaks for Trump, so it’s anyone’s guess what he’ll do or say or when.”

What’s wrong with “highly successful” site?
Does anyone still support this toxic walking disaster?
rt: Highly “sucessful” means less than 10% of his Twitter following. The Truth Social website is an incredibly poor imitation of Twitter and had it been anyone else, Musk would have sued for infringement of intellectual property rights.
