The man wanted for murdering Nissam Sahalon Z”L in Flatbush last week has been taken into custody.
Sources tell YWN that the NYPD took Ansel Payano, 34-years-old from Brooklyn, into custody on Tuesday morning. He has been charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
As YWN reported last week, Nissim was stabbed outside of 2188 Flatbush Avenue.
Despite viral messages that this incident was a hate crime, the NYPD tells YWN that there is currently no evidence of this.

Nissam Sahalon Z” was a convicted felon. The “attacker” was not reviled at the time of this post, lets look at the facts. There is no justice! if the focus is on our color skin or religion. We are talking about two human beings.
