TRUMP: United States Is “A Sad and Sick Country” [LISTEN TO AUDIO]

Former President Donald Trump went on One America News (OAN) to berate America as “corrupt,” praising Elon Musk for using his newly acquired Twitter platform to show that the United States is “a sad and sick country.”

“This week Twitter files seven now shows it goes beyond collusion. The FBI, it turns out, was paying Twitter to the tune of $3 million. Would you characterize the payment as an incentive or a bribe?” OAN host Chanel Rion asked Trump.

“Well, I’d characterize it as terrible. Yeah, 3.7 million or something like that, and possibly a lot more, because that’s only what they have right now,” Trump replied.

“It’s terrible. I’m just telling you, the country can’t believe what they’re seeing. And Elon Musk did a big service when he released all of this stuff. Because our country is corrupt. Our elections are corrupt. We have a very sad and sick country, but we have a very corrupt country. Who would have ever thought we would have seen the FBI putting their hand on the election? Not only putting their hand on it, but you saw the poll companies come out, could have made a 20-point difference,” Trump continued.

“Now, you know, without it, I won this election, but with it, it’s, you know, 20 points. You’re talking about millions and millions and millions of votes. And I think if they add it all up, 32,000 votes, even by their count, 32,000 is what you needed. This the pollsters said this would have had a many millions of votes difference. So they rigged the election. Unbelievable. And people now see it. People now agree to that.”

“It really is. With a monetary exchange. And no doubt this was happening at other companies, not just Twitter,” Rion responded.

“What would you, what would you give Elon Musk if you were to grade him and grade his takeover of Twitter? What grade would you give Elon Musk?” Rion asked.

“Well, I don’t know, because I think the price was very high. But I hope that Elon is going to be successful with Twitter. I think it’s great that he’s releasing this stuff because he’s showing what a corrupt country we’re living in,” replied Trump.

“He, Musk actually put out a poll, as you know, asking the public if he should step down, that he would abide by the poll results. And, Mr. President, it looks like he is hunting for a new Twitter CEO. Any advice?” Rion asked.

“Yeah, I think he wanted to step down. I think that’s a good way of stepping down. You know, just lose in a poll and say, I’m out of here,” Trump replied.

  1. Is it possible to feel “sad” for this pathetic old man still desperately seeking affirmation and attention in his own fantasy world on a cable TV network that was taken off the air for lack of viewership?? As more and more of his former supporters turn on him there must be rage building that will be difficult to control as he turns to his “new” anti-semitic/racist friends for adulation.

  2. If the crazy old man doesn’t like it here I’m sure Vlad Putin would welcome him.
For him to think that he would have won by 20% is insanity as he never had a 50% faorable poll rating.

  3. The headline should be:

    “Yawn –
Twitter collects payment that the FBI is legally and lawfully obligated to pay them for services rendered under USCODE-2010.”

“Except as otherwise provided in subsection (c), a governmental entity obtaining the contents of communications, records, or other information under section 2702, 2703, or 2704 of this title shall pay to the person or entity assembling or providing such information a fee for reimbursement for such costs as are reasonably necessary and which have been directly incurred in searching for, assembling, reproducing, or otherwise providing such information. Such reimbursable costs shall include any costs due to necessary disruption of normal operations of any electronic communication service or remote computing service in which such information may be stored.”

  4. He’s clearly referring to the high level of corruption from even higher level places. YWN once again gaslighting and nitpicking their way to a click bait headline

  5. He’s probably annoyed that the Democrats, with dubious legality supporting them, have released his tax returns. Apparently he has NOT made a profit for years (best way to beat the income tax, have no net income) and has been living off of assets for years. While he may get sympathy both for having his privacy rudely violated by his enemies, and for the fact that he has been consistently losing money, it must hurt his ego to have his image as the brilliant businessman being shattered.

  6. There is no sadder and sicker evidence of the sadness and sickness of the US than (i) the election of the sad and sick Trump as president of the US in 2016, and (ii) Trump’s continuing influence on one major US political party.

  7. @rEtARD and @Katanhadorah, as long as the country votes in lgbtqwertyuiopasdfghjklzxcvbnm people and those who support them, I guess you’re okay with that. The country is not sick and the country is not sad. If the country would vote non-demonrats, then it would be a sick country. Right? You show who you are. Simply the vermin of society. You, and those whom you support.

  8. Lamentably every single word uttered by the venerated President Donald Trump שליט”א is 100% pure unadulterated Truth because of the heinous behavior of the sick left in collusion with the sick media.
I wish President Donald Trump שליט”א a well deserved come back @Noon @1/20/2025, like the venerated Bibi Netanyahu שליט”א merited tonight.

  9. Sickofiots: Notwithstanding your childish rant, Biden is President and Trump is continuing his downward spiral issuing “Truths” that no one reads, hiding in his make-believe oval office at his golf-club and granting interviews to a “news” network thrown off the air by Verizon, Comcast and just about all the other major cable companies.
