“CULT OF PERSONALITY”: Bill Barr Warns Trump “Will Burn the Whole House Down”; Trump Fires Back

Former Attorney General Bill Barr, who had a massive falling-out with Donald Trump after refusing to claim that he saw evidence of fraud in the 2020 election, is calling for a new leader of the Republican Party, warning that Trump “will burn the whole house down.”

“Unless the rest of the party goes along with him, he will burn the whole house down by leading ‘his people’ out of the GOP,” Barr wrote in a NY Post op-ed.

“Trump’s willingness to destroy the party if he does not get his way is not based on principle, but on his own supreme narcissism,” Barr continued. “His egoism makes him unable to think of a political party as anything but an extension of himself – a cult of personality.”

Donald Trump didn’t take lightly to Barr’s op-ed and went on a rant against his former attorney general on Truth Social.

“Sloppy Bill Barr was a weak and ineffective Attorney General who was fired (he didn’t quit!), and now he’s nothing more than a disgruntled former “employee.” Barr was a “Bushie” who was petrified of being Impeached, which the Dems were going to do until he changed course on the Rigged Election,” Trump wrote.

“He knows nothing about the Document Hoax, & as a lawyer & former A.G., shouldn’t be talking. Weak RINO Bill Barr always caved to the Dems, & is a disgrace to the Republican Party, & our Nation!” he added.

  1. I thought sloppy was a name that Trump used exclusively for Sloppy Steve Bannon. Bill Barr gave an inaccurate summation of the Mueller Report to save Trump from indictments and this is that hakoros hatov he shows!

  2. Bill Barr or some other leading Republican or perhaps the New York Post, should challenge him point blank. Will you endorse the Republican nominee if it’s not you, or not. He will not be capable of answering in the affirmative because his absolute narcissisism will not allow his brain and mouth to concede that its even possible that he won’t win the nomination.

  3. Bill Barr is a mentsch. Trump is anything but a mensch, and it is becoming more evident every day.
It is way past time to dump Humpty Trumpty.

  4. It is time for the Republican “powers that be” to work toward convincing Trump that he is now more a liability than an asset. When he was President, he was an excellent President. Now is the time to fade away and become a respected elder in the party. If he doesn’t listen, not only will he hurt the party, he will also guarantee a super-woke lock on power!

  5. Trump would not have been convicted by the meuller report regardless. Or Russia collusion or January 6. Or meralargo. They were all investigated and nothing was found. A bunch of democratic lies with no basis. They keep looking for a crime on trump. Never was a president treated so unfairly!
