Who lost the most from the results of the midterm elections? Donald Trump, a plurality of voters say.

According to a new Harvard CAPS-Harris Poll survey given to The Hill, Trump was by far the biggest loser in the recent midterms. 20% of respondents said Trump was the clear loser, while 14% said “MAGA Republicans,” while 15% said that Democrats were the biggest losers.

“Trump emerges from the election a far weaker candidate for reelection than before the midterms,” said Mark Penn, the survey’s co-director. “He remains under water in his personal rating of 44 percent, is seen as having backed losing candidates and now has the possibility of having to fight a real primary in the Republican parties as he drops below 50% in a Republican primary. That’s why voters see him as the biggest loser.”

At least some Republicans agree.

“The policies of Donald Trump were a win, but when the rubber hit the road and Donald Trump reemerged and started handpicking candidates, some of whom were grossly underqualified, I think people were calling it, ‘Oh yeah, the chaos. I can’t take any more of this,’” said GOP strategist Brian Seitchik.

  1. FAKE NEWS!!!!!! Trump is totally not a “loser”

    This week CNBC reports:

Ex-President Donald Trump would defeat Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis by a wide margin in a hypothetical 2024 Republican presidential primary, according to a new poll.

Trump received 55% of Republican registered voters’ support, while DeSantis, his potential rival for the White House nomination, received just 25%, the Emerson College poll found.

And in a potential rematch of the 2020 election in 2024, Biden would defeat Trump by a margin of 45% to 41%, the survey found.

Off by only 4% is well within margin of error !!!!

  2. So you lifted this story from a leftist operation and you didn’t say that you lifted it. Isn’t that plagiarism? Next thing you know you’re going to be in the White House like your current president.

So pay attention because I will tell you that more than 90% of the candidates supported and campaigned for by President Trump, won election / re-election. President Trump supported over 235 candidates going for various positions. Over 215 won election! Don’t let anyone tell you that 45 doesn’t have a strong presence in the Republican Party. People may not like him because he says what he means and he means what he says. They also know he’s going to point out corruption wherever it needs to be pointed out, and everyone is afraid of that, on both sides of the aisle! But if you didn’t do anything, you have nothing to be worried about.

Remember, don’t listen to the press that wants you to believe that President Trump lost. He really didn’t. Mitch McConnell did more to lose elections for the Republicans than the president did.

  3. Out of 216 candidates that Trump backed, 90 percent of them won in the house and 60 percent of them won in the Senate. Know the facts! Drive By Media don’t want you to know this so they say “20 of trump candidates lost” ye..out of 216! He did great!

  4. Wackyway: you are foolishly looking at Republican polls. The Republicans cannot win the general election just with Republican votes, just like his handpicked losers won Republican primaries and lost in the general election. In the general election, Trump would be an enormous loser. His policies are winners, but he would lose “majorly”. In order to win, we need somebody else to carry his policies forward

  5. To gain the good Grace’s of His Eminence The Duck, all you need to do is is to express your adulation for the greatest Duck in history… Thus even mediocre candidates were endorsed by The Donald.
And now everyone can see the fantastic outcome of this insane manner of conducting politics.
