“NONSENSE”: Hillary Reacts to Bombshell Spying Revelations

Hillary Clinton finally commented on the special counsel John Durham’s claim that her campaign spied on Donald Trump in 2016 and when he was already in the White House.

In a tweet, Clinton shared a Vanity Fair article that she said provided “a good debunking” of the allegations, calling the shocking the “latest nonsense.”

“Trump & Fox are desperately spinning up a fake scandal to distract from his real ones,” she tweeted. “So it’s a day that ends in Y. The more his misdeeds are exposed, the more they lie. For those interested in reality, here’s a good debunking of their latest nonsense.”

Trump also weighed in on the matter again on Wednesday.

“Why isn’t the media asking who gave Crooked Hillary Clinton’s “plumbers” their orders?” Trump wrote in a statement. “With Watergate it was the cover-up that turned out to be the far bigger crime. With Hillarygate it is the Mainstream Media Cover-up that is almost as big of a crime as the act of treasonous espionage itself. It is showing the world why our media is truly the enemy of the people!”

  1. Of course it’s nonsense until proven.
What isn’t nonsense and is confirmed by eyewitnesses, trump regularly illegally destroyed records and illegally removed documents, some marked secret/confidential to keep.

  2. No one who voted for Hilary dislikes her as much as I do. But the Trump administration had 4 years to make good on the “Lock her up” chant and failed to do so. I am, therefore, inclined to think that the allegations of “spying” are in fact nonsense, but not because she say so.

  3. Mueller found nothing. Therefore, Durham was tasked to find out what made everyone think the Russia Hoax was factual. Turns out that it was manufactured. Who would have known?

  4. If anyone reads what Durham actually claimed they would see it is far away from what Trump and his cronies are claiming. But, the Republicans here all believe in fake news so they would not be able to figure out the truth (probably too difficult for them to check into claims made).

  5. Huju, Trump’s failure to have her prosecuted is no indication that there was nothing to prosecute her for. He never meant his promise, and had no intention of fulfilling it. I didn’t believe him in the first place, and that was one of the reasons I didn’t vote for him the first time; unfortunately my suspicions were correct, but he did so much other good that I had not expected, that I voted for him the second time anyway. But this is certainly one of the things I hold against him. She should have been in a cell a long time ago.
