In a recent review by the United States Census Bureau, economic prospects are looking slightly better compared to the previous year, with roughly 448,533 new business formation registrations within the first six months of 2021. Additionally, the Census Bureau is projecting that more than 32,990 new business startups will be formed in the next year.

If you’re new to the business formation scene, perhaps BizFilings would suit your needs best. New entrepreneurs will have access to a ‘startup wizard program’ that will take you through all the steps, with additional reading material. Unlike other providers, a basic plan with BizFilings starts at $99, and state fees, a bit pricey if you have limited resources.

With prices starting at $149, and registered agent services costing an additional $150 extra annually – Legalzoom is a good choice if you’re willing to pay for it.
