1. I find the term “inappropriately touched women” a bit of an oxymoron. Unless its your wife, daughter or your patient (as a medical service provider) there is no such thing as “appropriate touching” and even in the latter cases, there are limitations for unwanted contact.

   There are many non-Jews males (and BTW also plenty of frum Yidden that rely on various hetterim) that shake hands with females.

   Also, an accidental unintentional touch would usually be considered embarrassing, but never be considered “inappropriate”.

4. Back in the good old days of the 70s and 80s, when something like this happened in Wmsbg.or BP. this filthy sewer rat would have had most of his bones broken and beaten to an inch of his worthless life, and only after that were the cops or the sanitation dept.called to haul away the garbage.
   You can bet your bottom dollar. a filthy leftist judge will release this maggot and he wil be out the very next day.
