At least 10 people were shot, three of them fatally, in New York City overnight, police said Thursday.
Most of the victims were shot over the course of about an hour, according to police.
Three of the shootings killed two men in Brooklyn and a woman in the Bronx.
The string of shootings is part of a disturbing trend of gang and gun violence across New York City.

As I’ve said so many times before, these inner city murders will end ONLY when we strip all legal registered guns from law-abiding privileged white heterosexual males. Kirsten Gillabrand & Beto O’Rourke were 100% correct, when they made that assessment during the democrat debates for President. Privileged whiteness is the root cause of all heinous crimes in the black community. A WASP living in Gatlinburg Tennessee, with an American flag (gasp) hanging on their front porch and a hunting rifle in the back of their pickup truck is what’s perpetuating systemic racism. White gun owners are responsible for the senseless slaughter of blacks on blacks in West Garfield park Chicago and Fort Greene Brooklyn. We need more George Floyd’s out there to bring racial justice.
