NYPD: Woman Randomly Shoved Onto Brooklyn Subway Tracks

An attacker randomly shoved a female victim onto the tracks at a Brooklyn subway station on Tuesday, the NYPD said.

The victim, whose age wasn’t immediately released, was standing on the Queens-bound J train platform at Broadway Junction around 1:30 p.m. when a male of an unknown age pushed her onto the tracks, police said.

The victim suffered a cut to her leg, the NYPD said. She was taken to Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center in stable condition, according to police.

The person who shoved her was taken into custody at the station, police said. An investigation is ongoing.

  1. was taken into custody at the station, police said Terrible & wrong move since de Blasio shall release him immediately. What should have been done is this savage should also have been shoved onto the tracks מידה כנגד מידה

  2. The woman was 63, they say person arrested but don’t mention a good description, Hmm, I wonder why? Probably a Schvartze! Oh if He were a white guy we would have a nice picture & all his history! Good chance the victim is an Asian with what’s been going on. Seems that the hard working Asians who come here, study & work hard & are doing good in school are pissing off certain groups! Maybe the same POS that pushed a woman on the tracks in February? The mayor insisted the subway is safer than years ago despite the recent uptick in crime. WOW. Wake up people, vote these Bums out.
