A person who risks his or her life to save an animal is a person who doesn’t understand the value and meaning of human vs animal life.

Very very Stupid on her part! The dog is more likely to defend itself than the girl could. If she would have been unsuccessful in pushing the bear over then she would most likely be in the hospital or 6 feet under right now. Even if the bear would have killed the dog it would be better to lose the dog than lose a daughter. She should not be praised at all!!!
