Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has accused Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook of being partially responsible for last week’s violent siege of the US capitol building.
“I believe that this is directly connected to the complete lack of accountability that monopolies like Facebook have to democracy,” Ocasio-Cortez said. “Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook bear partial responsibility for Wednesday’s events. Period.”
Speaking during a virtual town hall meeting on Friday, Ocasio-Cortez went on to say that Facebook was ” trying to do as much damage control as possible, but they knew.”
“They’re currently doing as much damage control as possible, but they knew,” Ocasio-Cortez said on Friday, referring to the fact that there were at least 70 “Stop the Steal” groups active on Facebook following the Capitol riot, according to an investigation by Media Matters. “Not only did they know, but they allowed it.”

A dog barking is not newsworthy. It wastes space in a newspaper or website, and wastes time on broadcast media. The brain dead bipedal canine has accomplished nothing positive since she drifted away from her bar to the political field. Now that we see “high quality” schools trying to rescind diplomas of those they disagree with, it begs to question who gets the diploma to begin with… Somehow people like Obama who got in through affirmative action come out with diplomas they couldn’t get in their mediocre high school.
