*BREAKING:* President Trump on Friday said he would not attend President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration, a break with decades of tradition as he stews over his defeat.
“To all of those who have asked, I will not be going to the Inauguration on January 20th,” Trump tweeted.
Vice President Pence is expected to attend the event.
The president’s tweet comes after he spoke at a rally Wednesday, telling supporters that he would “never concede” and repeated unsubstantiated claims that the election was “stolen” from him and that he won in a “landslide.”
To all of those who have asked, I will not be going to the Inauguration on January 20th.

Good move
Why would you want to go to a candidate who will be anti American and anti Israel. Thank you President Trump. Smart and wise move. Imagine a Jewish ex politician celebrating his defeat to Hitler.
He Shouldn’t. He has stated all along that he would accept the results only if done fairly and the election system in our country has not been fair for a long time. This business of people voting without ID, states where more votes were registered than voters and many similar issues make us look like a third world country and very open to mass fraud. There needs to be a complete reform to the election system but of course will not happen under democrats even now who want chaotic systems that they can manipulate.
Trump will not be missed at the Inauguration. The sooner he clears out of Washington the better
A seditious disgraceful criminal is not WELCOME at an inauguration.
