Michael Sherwin, the acting US attorney in Washington, DC, told reporters on Thursday that his office is investigating President Donald Trump’s role in inciting a frenzied mob of his supporters to storm the US Capitol.
Wednesday’s disruption forced the House and Senate to go into recess and lawmakers, reporters, and Hill staffers to evacuate the building, and resulted in four deaths.
When asked if federal prosecutors will examine statements Trump made at a rally before the riots in which he urged his supporters to march to the Capitol and call on lawmakers to overturn the 2020 election, Sherwin replied, “Yes, we are looking at all actors here, not only the people that went into the building, but … were there others that maybe assisted or facilitated or played some ancillary role in this.”
“We will look at every actor and all criminal charges,” he added.
The Washington Post reported that when Sherwin was specifically pressed on whether that included the president, he said, “We are looking at all actors here, and anyone that had a role. If the evidence fits the element of a crime, they’re going to be charged.”

Sherwin is a real swamp creature hypocrite. When the black Maxine Waters incited her ilk to go out and attack WHITE Republican members of Congress/Senate, these media controlled swamp creatures were cheering from the sidelines. She incited them to go their private homes, restaurants, children’s school, etc… Everything was fine and cool. Get ready for the new Harris administration, coming in within the first hundred days of creepy Joe’s senility. Kamala will make the racial tension that Eric Holder created look like childs play. A lot of pain is coming to middle class white folks.
Although its not clear there is such a charge, consider indicting Trump as an accessory to murder of a federal law enforcement officer by inciting the crowd to march on the capital and “be wild”. Five years ago he claimed he could go out and shoot someone on Fifth Avenue and get away with it and retain support. Perhaps he was contemplating something a bit extreme in a different venue. It would be symbolic but an appropriate ending to this nightmare.

There are many people who never got used to Donald Trump’s style. Tough-talking and hard-driving, as well as a “can do” and “get it done attitude” are the hallmarks of successful executives in corporate America. I’ve been there for 40 years until I retired. It is all “what you see is what you get”. BUT – the result is success.

Yes, Trump was frustrated by Judges with an agenda (similar to Sherwin), who rejected cases because the plaintiffs “had no standing” or “made the claim too late” or “the relief requested is not justified by the claims”. In ALL these cases the judges never got to look at the evidence – AND the FAKE MEDIA dubbed the overlooked claims as “UNSUBSTANTIATED”.
Perhaps Trump didn’t take into account the influence of his rhetoric or the fact that OUTSIDERS bent on violence would take advantage of it.
