CEO Mark Zuckerberg has announced via his platform that Donald Trump will be blocked from using both Facebook and Instagram “for at least the next two weeks until the peaceful transition of power is complete.”
The company blocked his accounts temporarily on Wednesday following Trump’s posting on content that incited his followers to violence, but now Zuckerberg says the ban is extended “indefinitely,” extending at least until Biden takes over as President.
Both Facebook and Instagram removed Trump’s video post yesterday, in which the President called for rioters who laid siege to the Capitol building in Washington to go home – but in which he also said “we love you” to the same violent terrorists.
They followed that action with a 24-hour account lock, preventing Trump from posting via his Facebook and Instagram accounts during that period.

who the hell does this guy think he is???
Zuckerberg:- You are disgusting pig. Now I surely shall be voting for President Donald Trump come 2024
I’d sit with Trump any day ……. won’t even talk to a democrat….filled with lies
one point despite trumps behavior
i always thought that president of the U.S. is the most powerful position in the world , a regular citizen has the power to shut his twitter account and literally shut him up – unbelievable
Oh, yeah, ‘cuz if he had said “we hate you” that would have really done a lot to calm the tensions of the insane domestic terrorists at the Capitol yesterday and the tens of millions of non-terrorists who believe that he won…
YWN, when did you turn over to the dark side?
The president responded beautifully, as he always does.
The chutzpah and ga’avah of Mark Zuckerberg is nauseating.
It took incitement of violence and death, should’ve been done long ago.
These CEOs are a joke.
They allow all sorts of incitement and other garbage when it suits their agenda, but, here, because they dislike the President, they unilaterally and falsely accuse the President of things he didn’t do.
Sigh. The president never said “we love you” to violent terrorists. He was obviously referring to those that simply assembled peacefully, not to those who broke into the Capitol, whoever those terrorists might have been.
Hakatan, and if he said “we love you” to those who crossed a line and broke into the Capitol, so what? Biden, Pelosi, Harris, and every other Democrat spent all summer saying “we love you” to the BLM rioters and the Antifa thugs. They said “we love you” to the rioters at the inauguration four years ago. They said “we love you” to those who harassed and assaulted Trump supporters on the streets, in restaurants, at their homes, and everywhere else And none of them were suspended from Facebook for it.
“There needs to be unrest in the streets.” — Ayanna Pressley
“Protesters should not let up.” — Kamala Harris
“I just don’t know why there aren’t uprisings all over the country.” — Nancy Pelosi
“If you see them in a restaurant, in a store, at a gasoline station, get out and create a crowd and push back and tell them they’re not welcome any more.” — Maxine Waters
“Please show me where it says protesters are supposed to be polite and peaceful.” — Chris Cuomo
The leaders of Iran still aren’t banned, and these two stood up for their racists postings.
Interesting actions.
