The Minneapolis Police Department is investigating claims by right-wing activist group Project Veritas that individuals tied to Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., engaged in illegal ballot harvesting before the election.
“The Minneapolis Police Department is aware of the allegations of vote harvesting. We are in the process of looking into the validity of those statements,” a department statement read on Monday. “No further information is available at this time on this.”
President Trump, calling it “completely illegal”, has already called on the Justice Department to investigate the claims, which include allegations of a cash-for-ballot scheme.

Nothing to see here. “Jews” and Somali invaders in her district sill support her .
Remember that the Democrat party refuses to condemn an open antisemite within their party, let alone kick her out of the Dem party. Wonder why.
Naturally the president is wrong. States establish whether ballot harvesting is permitted. MN had a period of time where ballot harvesting was limited, and then permitted wholesale. Now that I read that the claims were made by Project Veritas, who have a rather shabby reputation when it comes to telling the truth, I’ll hold my opinion until the results of the investigation are made public.
Amil Zola, it is you Marxist Democrats “who have a rather shabby reputation when it comes to telling the truth”. Typical projection of one’s own faults.

Aside from other problems, there are the accusations of buying votes for money, and of the ballot harvester filling in the ballot instead of the voter filling in the ballot. You are trying to tell us that is legal?
Read my post again. I’m not suggesting that tampering with ballots is ok. I was addressing legal issues, specific to MN and ballot harvesting. As I’ve said I’ll hold my opinion until the results of the investigation are made public.
Interestingly the video is by James O’Keefe, who has a history of doctoring videos and who himself has engaged in ballot fraud. Minnesota law actually permits one to assign an agent to deliver an absentee ballot. Hopefully the police will find the truth here; in any case the issue is a matter of state, not federal law.
