The ship was headed for Bermuda from NYC when the 46-year-old woman went overboard at about 7:50 p.m., cruise officials said.

*ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) – A controversial measure allowing genetic material to be taken from people who haven’t been convicted of a crime was due to be signed into Maryland law Tuesday, when Gov.
