As YWN reported earlier, the FBI was seen in Monsey on Tuesday morning. Many speculated that it was in connection to last weeks stabbing, but it turns out it was nothing of the sort.
Information has now been released that authorities arrested a man wanted for four bank robberies in Rockland County.
One robbery is reported to have been in Pomona and another in Park Ridge. In both incidents, the man claimed he had a bomb in a suitcase.
The FBI is expected to hold a news conference later today with specifics on the arrest.

There is unfortunately much crookedness in Monsey perpetrated by Jews upon their elderly kinsmen. If Hashem decided to send the FBI to protect the zkainim of the community from vultures, then so be it.
The odds are good that the FBI isn’t there delivering turkeys to the needy.

Should have been obvious. The FBI automatically by law is involved in any bank robberies. And the FBI doesn’t typically get involved in assaults or attempted murder cases.

Why does everyone jump to the conclusion it was a Jew, let alone a frum Jew, that was arrested. Last time I checked, there are plenty of non-Jews living in Monsey.

Philosopher: What do you mean by a frum Jew? Can someone rob and you would consider them frum? The sad thing is no one is 100% frum because ” kall Yisrael areivim…” we are all responsible for one another and if we hear about a Jew doing wrong, we all have to do teshuva.
Mommy10, I agree with you that a person robbing a bank is not frum. But that doesn’t mean that someone who slips up and speaks loshen hora or does other stuff like that is not frum either, we all humans make mistakes. But robbing banks is something frum Jews simply don’t do.
As for me doing teshuva because someone with a Jewish name and face robbed a bank…are you kidding me. If I need to do teshuva it’s for my actions, not for other individuals actions. How is it my fault if that meshigener robs banks?
